About Me
Hello my name is Rowan Newman and I am the proud creator behind Calibre Photography. After five years working in the United Kingdom, I have returned to my hometown of Dunedin, New Zealand, and have settled down in the sunny seaside community of Brighton, which is situated on the south coast of Dunedin.
Aside from photography, I also enjoy walking, horse riding, gardening, and most of all I love hanging out with my sons Quin and Beau.

I began taking photos at a young age, and landed my first photography job at Guards Polo Club at Great Windsor Park in London, England.

I had so much fun, I knew that this is what I wanted to carry on with, every wedding I have photographed has brought a tear to my eye, and I end up becoming friends with the brides.
